At T1 Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
